Zumba Dance Moves
For all beginners to Zumba Dance its best to start with easy moves, and then go to the advance moves. Once you get used to the basic moves the more advanced moves will become easy.
I love talking about my Zumba DVD Fitness kit and trying to fit in time to at least the 20 minute Zumba Fitness Express. My all time favorite is the Zumba Sculpt and Tone because you get to use the Maraca-Like Toning Sticks, and the moves are so easy to do. Are you wondering where to Order Zumba DVD from?
The other night I thought I would give the Zumba Flat Ab DVD a go and see what it was like. I have tried the Zumba Basics and 20 minutes fitness DVD, the Cardio Party Zumba DVD, the Sculpt and Tone DVD and the Live Zumba DVD. But had not tried the Zumba Flat Abs as yet!
Zumba Fitness DVD Kit
I love my Zumba Fitness DVD Kit and have been amazed with the results I am getting. I can feel my abs are starting to switch on and my legs are letting me know that I have muscles that I did not realise were there. Each Zumba DVD features different dance moves for different parts of the body. If you are limited to time (especially for busy Mums or Dads) then you need the Zumba 20 minute express or even the Zumba Flat Abs.
Gosh I so think I am in love! I love my Zumba kit. Every single one of my DVD is amazing. The moves are great, the music is addictive and the body craves the exercise. Actually its not exercise, its Zumba dancing!
Zumba Live and Flat Ab Review
The other night I was keen to try the Zumba Live and Flat Ab DVD. It was the only one from the kit that I have not tried yet! I love my Zumba Sculpt and Tone because I get to use my Maraca sticks. The sticks are weighted down so they are not exactly light but not too heavy that my arms are burning! I sure love using the maraca sticks while I use the Zumba Sculpt and Tone – yet I wanted to try the Zumba Live.
I am crazy about Dancing – always have been since I was little. I wrote the other day about Zumba Fitness DVD after I got the kit from Target. Surprisingly I did not feel too sore after working out with the Zumba Fitness DVD – even after doing a 20 Minute Express Zumba and then the Cardio Zumba Party!
If you are good with your feet and love to dance then Zumba Dancing is going to be easy for you. Even if you are not good on your feet you will still be able to keep up with Zumba Dancing Steps as they have easy to understand steps that are broken down into three stages…
Step 1 is walking through the moves
Step 2 is adding either the hips, arms or moving up in tempo.
Step 3 is combining step 1 and step 2 – keeping in time with the music.
