Ever since I was introduced to Green Smoothies, about three weeks ago, I have had one every morning. They sometimes change in ingredients, and they are so yummy. The best bit about Green Smoothies is the taste, and the health benefits. I have actually noticed that I have lost weight! My tummy looks smaller, and my clothes fit so much more then they used to. The Green Smoothies can be made in so many ways, and can be for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The Benefits of Green Smoothies
At first I was not even sure that there was any benefits to my body with the Green Smoothies. But I am thinking that with the results I am getting, that Green Smoothies are a great way to live and a wonderful way to have a good clean out! If you think about it – I am having a lots of nutrients in one Smoothie. Each Green Smoothie has Apples, Kiwi Fruit, Lettuce, Oranges, Broccoli, Avocado, Lemon…or any fruit/vegetables that is in the fridge avaiable. Green Smoothie Diet
I have been thinking about doing a Cabala Juice Fast, where you can drink Juice for 21 days that consist of Carrots, Apples, Beetroot, Apples, Lemons, Apples (three different type of Apples) but because of a few different reasons I have not been able to! For the time being I will keep to my Green Smoothie Diet – where I have my morning coffee, and a Green Smoothie for Breakfast.
Yesterday afternoon I even tried a Green Smoothie with Beetroot! It was amazing how red the juice was, and how good I felt after drinking the Smoothie. Looking forward to making many other type of Green Smoothies in the weeks ahead. Will be sharing what my favorite Smoothie is, and how easy they are to make, as I try different Green Smoothie Recipes.
