    G’day Lisa,
What a great title. Nutrition has been a byword for me since the early 1970′s and I believe it is the LONG term where it shows. All SM done.

    Hi Lisa

I really believe in the saying you are what you eat, and Harry is right when he said it shows in the long term. Eating the wrong foods does catch up with us. It will show as excess weight in the begining but can lead to serious health problems down the line.

      Hello Kerry,

So very true – there are far too many health problems out there! From over weight to even heart issues – eating healthy food is the key!

      cheers

  3. Hi LIsa,

Loved your video. Very funny. I believe in eating anything in moderation. If I feel like a piece of chocolate I’ll have one but its not a weekly thing. We also limit our takeaway as eating too much of that definately isn’t good . We are always hearing “we are what we eat” and I do believe it as if you eat too much sugar and fat you end up overweight and unhealthy.

      Hello Jackie,

It sure was funny making this one up! I love creating and connecting with others. The saying “You are what You Eat” is such an old saying – but I still love my chocolate!

      Cheers

    Hello Lisa,
Some nice comic relief there with a serious twist. Sometime find blogging becomes all to serious and we need to be able to laugh at ourselves. Have friends who take away to often, call them burger and fries (lol).
